The Municipal Administrators Association of Greater New York (MAA) is a sibling organization of the New York State City County Management Association, which was organized to provide a forum for local government administrators in the New York Metro Area to meet, collaborate and share ideas.

Per the By-laws, originally adopted on June 9, 1999 and updated most recently in 2024:

The objective of the MAA is to "strengthen the process of representative and accountable government in the New York Metropolitan Area through the promotion of professionally appointed managers and administrators."

The MAA meets regularly throughout the year to exchange ideas and act as support group for metro area administrators.
